Let’s be frank here, Jordan is not the uptight teetotaler place that the stereotype of a country in the Middle East may lead you to believe. And if there is one thing that Amman does right, it’s the food and drink scene. I’ve written my fair share about where to go to eat in Amman, now let’s talk about where to go to drink in Amman.

I went to Kegs House of Ale yesterday and it was quiet nice although the music was extremly loud. But at least you can drink normal beer there (Carakale) and not Amstel, which is aweful.

Can’t say I’m a fan of overly loud music either, but good they have nice craft beer 🙂
