Where to go horseback riding in and around Amman

One of my favorite parts of Jordan is the landscape and a few weekends ago I got to experience new views on horseback at the Country Riding Center of Jordan ( مركز الريف الاردني للفروسية). Located about 1 hour outside of Amman in Jalad, Salt, it’s a beautiful place to spend time outdoors.

  1. Nice blog post, we were recommended to the Hijazistables in Madaba. They are fairly close to Amman and they have lovely horses and great guidance on the trail rides.

  2. Also the Alia Alassaf Academy! 🙂 A very nice place for the horses and also for the people. We have a lot of animals that the kids can play with. Not too far away from Amman. Is now on a temporary place a little further away for a while and then they move back to the area Greenland, to their own build stable. Also owned by a Dutch woman, with certificates from a Dutch study. I have now my internship from the Netherlands at this stable 😀
